Wild Gros Morne is a four-season outdoor adventure company offering small group travel experiences designed to immerse guests in our local Culture and spark a desire to learn more about our people and place. I grew up hiking, camping and fishing throughout the backcountry of Gros Morne, and now live, work and play here! Through our experiences we hope to inspire the same love and respect we have for the land in our guests as they learn about the plants and animals in our environment, taste meals which use ingredients from our land and waters and see the beauty that surrounds us. From short day hikes to overnight treks, our experiences are thoughtfully designed to showcase the unique—and sometimes hidden—areas of Gros Morne National Park. During the summer join us for guided hiking and walking tours, Zodiac boat adventures, kayak and paddleboard tours, food tours and culinary adventures. During the long Newfoundland winter, we offer guided snowmobile, snowshoe and backcountry skiing tours and winter camping and off-grid experiences. We also operate the Water’s Edge RV Park and Campground and the Bonne Bay Market shop and bakery. My family roots are part of the Mi’kamq communities of Corner Brook and Curling, I’m still learning and exploring this part of my history and the start of our Indigenous heritage beginning in Bay St.George and Codroy Valley regions and I’m excited to share that with my guests.

Indigenous respect for the force of winter
The best way to experience the magic of Canada’s winter is with an Indigenous guide at your side. They are intimately familiar with survival techniques that have been passed down through generations and work in close connection with the natural world.
