Step out of your self-contained, fully equipped chalet or RV, hop on your snowmobile, or ATV and hit the trails! Our location in the heart of western Newfoundland offers direct access to hundreds of kilometres of adventure on snowmobile and ATV trails; make us your home-base for adventure in all seasons.

Throughout winter months, enjoy the serene, snow-covered backdrops of the Blow Me Down Trails on a cross-country ski and snowshoe vacation in one of our fully equipped one- or two-bedroom chalets. If you love ATV-fuelled adventures, then choose our snowmobile package which comes equipped with breakfast groceries and brown bagged lunch so you can hit the trails at first light.

In warmer months explore the great outdoors on our doorstep from world-class hiking on the Appalachian Trail, the Corner Brook Stream Trail and OBEIC trail system; walk on the earth’s mantle in nearby Gros Morne National Park or zoom over the Steady Brook Falls with Marble Zip Tours reaching heights of 285ft and speeds of 30kms/hr.

Our self-contained, pet-friendly chalets come with fully equipped kitchens and private BBQs, ample parking for snowmobiles, ATVs, trailers and winter sliding, and our RV sites are all full serviced. Snowmobile and ATV service shops are close at hand, and we have an on-site convenience store for your grocery basics and treats.

Indigenous respect for the force of winter

The best way to experience the magic of Canada’s winter is with an Indigenous guide at your side. They are intimately familiar with survival techniques that have been passed down through generations and work in close connection with the natural world.
